Atlanta, GA (February 10, 2009) - MSouth Equity Partners, an Atlanta-based private equity firm, announces that Peter S. Pettit has joined the firm as a Principal. Prior to joining MSouth, Peter was most recently a Vice President with Code, Hennessy & Simmons in Chicago.
